General:

• This free day pass (“Pass”) is valid for one day only at Redwood City Powerhouse Gym (the “Gym”).
• The Pass is for new guests only. Anyone who has previously been a member or used a guest pass at the Gym will not be eligible.

Usage:

• The Pass grants access to all standard gym equipment and amenities during operating hours.
• Personal training, and other specialty services may not be included.
• Guests are required to follow all Gym rules and regulations, including dress code and equipment usage guidelines.

Liability:

• The Gym is not liable for any injuries or loss of personal belongings sustained while using the facilities.
• Guests are responsible for their own health and safety.

Additional Terms:

• We reserve the right to revoke the Pass or refuse entry to anyone who violates Gym rules or disrupts the enjoyment of other guests.
• By using the Pass, the guest agrees to receive promotional communications from the Gym. You can opt-out of these communications at any time.
• This Pass has no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.
